Lean Practitioner
A large global premier manufacturing company is seeking a Lean Practitioner for its foundry/machining operations. Loss foam foundry process and large machining centers. This position will focus on process, machine and employee optimization, continuous improvement, cost and quality control and fostering a lean culture with all employees. Partnering closely with Lean/ Quality Managers this highly visible position will drive strategic initiatives across all manufacturing areas. Employee training/ coaching will be a large component of this position. The successful candidate will have solid, shop floor experience in a heavy manufacturing environment, preferabley in metals such as machining, bending, casting, cutting and etc
Reports to the
Location stable. Has been around for 50 years. Come fish and swim at nearby lake Guntersville.
Required:

BS degree in Engineering or related field
Salary to $85,000
Bonus Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
