POSITION
Summary:
The Events Team Member will assist the Event Coordinator and/or Director of Entertainment & Events on event days serving as the Sand Mountain Park liaison to clients/right holders/promoters during rentals, concerts, and non-athletic events.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Directly aligning with the Sand Mountain Park Mission Statement and Core Values while upholding Sand Mountain Park and Amphitheater policies and proceduresAssist in the coordination of the operational aspects of amphitheater eventsOperational aspects of non-athletic events, non-sports events, and concerts throughout entire parkOccasional communication with clients throughout every aspect of an event/program/rentalAssists in helping manage sponsor deliverables relative to events that we hostExecuting venue setup and tear-down duties as needed Providing premier customer service to all stakeholders by responding to requests in a timely and professional mannerEnsuring guest satisfaction at an Excellent level/standardHelping execute various small-and large-scale sporting events for the facilityHelping with the event post-con process and always striving for a higher level of serviceSupervises and trains event staff and other applicable event Team MembersStrong knowledge of audio/visual set up and operationOther duties as assigned by managementTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
Experience in working events.
Proven success in managing multiple events at one timeKnowledge of sound, lighting, video, operation.
Experience and success in customer service, leadership and organizationAction-oriented personality with a 'get it done' attitude and proficiency for efficiencyMINIMUM
Qualifications:
