POSITION
Summary:
The Facility Maintenance Team Member will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the facility's building and grounds.
Position will be geared toward working in various areas throughout the facility, while providing participants, members and/or guests an excellent experience while adhering to our Guest First Policy.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Maintain courts, office, and equipment as requiredMonitor for spills throughout the facility and clean as neededClean all floor surfaces and glass in facilityClean, restock, and maintain all bathrooms:
toilets, sinks, floors, etc.
Clean all guest seating and lobby areaFacility trash removalAssist other departments as necessary Complete special projects, daily assignments and other duties as directed by managementProvide courteous and friendly service to all guests with answers and directions as needed Have general knowledge regarding program options and facility eventsBe responsive to guest concerns and direct to appropriate Manager to resolveMINIMUM
Qualifications:
Flexible work schedule (e.

, nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours) and regular attendance necessaryExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to maintain focus in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentMust have excellent guest service skillsMust be detail-oriented and have outstanding organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize Ability to remain calm and focused in difficult and stressful situationsMust be respectful and friendly to our athletes, guests, visitors, spectators, leaders, and fellow Team MembersMust work well with othersMust take personal initiative for the betterment of the team and facilityCommitment to the safety and wellbeing of othersHave sports experience or an interest to learnWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist highMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time, whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, or bend into awkward positions while performing job functionsFacility has intermittent noiseWill be required to operate a computerMust be able to walk intermittentlyMust be able to successfully complete our Utility Vehicle training program About the Company:
