Process payroll and administer benefits for multi facility company.
Manage any system related changes or issues and maintain up to date sources for production with interfaces and related systems that feed the payroll system.
Provide labor costing by plant, department, and customer to the accounting department.
Review labor costs in the general ledger for accuracy.
Continuously improve system and process efficiencies in a complex payroll environment.
Oversee internal audits of the accounting and purchasing processes.
Highly proficient in excel and payroll or accounting systems.
Able to communicate clearly with management and lead a team with minimal supervision.
Experience:
3-5 years of Payroll or Accounting Education:
Accounting degree (preferred)
