Human Resources Generalist

I am seeking a skilled HR Generalist for a long standing Northern Alabama manufacturing operation. My client has been there for over 50 years. You will be responsible to handle Human Resources duties for two operations; a large machine shop and a foundry.
The HR Generalist will sit as # 2 to the local HR Manager in contract negotiations, be responsible for labor contract administration and 1st and 2nd step grievance administration. Will sit at the table in contract negotiations and will assist the local Human resources Manager with other HR duties. Labor expertise is must have.
The company offers good benefits, relocation and temp housing assistance. Pay to $75K plus 10% bonus. Must be degreed. Master preferred. Excellent opportunity as client expects multiple retirements in the upcoming few years for Human Resources Managers across the country.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability and willingness to relocate for appropriate career opportunities within business-unit or company. Relocation is estimated within 2-5 yearsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
